1. Is The Vintage pet friendly?
Yes! We welcome hundreds of dog breeds and all cats. Please see our Pet Policy here.
2. Where can residents walk their dogs?
Residents enjoy walking their pets throughout the community’s many greenbelts. Pet stations are available throughout the community for your convenience.
3. Does the Leasing Center accept packages for residents?
Yes! The Leasing Center can sign for packages if the resident is not home.
4. Is there a washer and dryer inside the apartment?
Yes! Each apartment home comes with a full size washer and dryer.
5. Is the pool heated?
Yes! Our outdoor pool is heated seasonally from May through October. Our hot tub is open all year.
6. What schools are nearby?
The elementary school is Double Diamond Elementary, the middle school is Damonte Ranch Middle, and the high school is Damonte Ranch High.
7. Do you have a fitness center?
Yes! Residents have full access to our 24-hour fitness center.
8. Do you have a tanning bed?
Yes! Our tanning facility is available for our residents. You pay only $5 for up to 20 minutes, or purchase a monthly unlimited pass for just $40.
9. Are furnished apartments available?
Yes! Please call the Leasing Center for more information.
10. Does The Vintage offer 24-hour maintenance service?
Yes! 24-hour maintenance emergency service is available for our residents.
